Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect account details such as name, email address, password hash, optional company and phone details, subscription status, custom-link configuration, support communications, and security logs. We do not store your WhatsApp messages or access the contents of conversations.

When a custom link is opened, we may record limited analytics including timestamp, device category, browser, operating system, referring page or campaign source, and approximate country, region, city, timezone, and currency inferred from the visitor’s IP address. We store only a shortened one-way IP hash for fraud prevention and duplicate-click control, not the raw IP address. A contracted geolocation provider may process the IP address to return this approximate metadata.

2. How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts, redirect links to WhatsApp, provide analytics and QR codes, process subscriptions, send verification and security emails, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve reliability.

3. Payments and service providers

Payments are processed by Razorpay. WA Link Pro does not receive or store complete card, bank, or UPI credentials. Email delivery, hosting, security, and payment providers may process limited information under their own privacy terms.

4. Cookies

We use an essential secure session cookie to keep users signed in. It is HTTP-only and is not used for third-party advertising. Razorpay may use necessary cookies during checkout.

5. Retention and security

We retain account and billing records while an account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where required for security, legal, tax, or dispute purposes. Passwords and security tokens are stored using one-way hashing. Backups are access restricted and rotated.

6. Your choices

You can update profile information from the dashboard. To request account deletion, data access, or correction, contact privacy@walinkpro.com. Some payment and audit records may need to be retained where legally required.

7. Children and prohibited use

The service is not intended for children under 18. Users must not create links for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity.

8. Changes and contact
